of full service agents that will be more than happy and willing
to list your property. If they're successful in the sale of your
property, you will receive full reimbursement of your investment
with us, plus $100 at close of escrow. For example, if you sign
up for our Standard listing with a fee of $395, and then decide
you want a "Full service, full fee" listing with another
broker, and they're successful in selling your property, at the
close of escrow you will be rebated $395 + $100 for a total of
$495. Seller is to keep in mind that they may cancel their listing
at any time and choose any agent they wish, but only our network
of agents will honor the rebate. If you have an agent in mind,
give us his/her name and we will see if they're in the network.
