How It Works

1. Click on "Listing Request" on the Left.

2. Choose property type.

3. Enter your name, phone number and email address. Press Next.

4. Choose whether you want to fill out the form or if you'd prefer to print out the documents and fax/email them in later.

5. Fill out the form as completely as possible. We can help you with any questions you may have. (if you chose to fill out form online all docs will be emailed to you the next business day. We can send docs most Saturdays if requested prior to 5pm on Friday)

6. Print and sign listing paperwork.

7. Fax or email paperwork back to us: Chad@395List.com or (480) 287-9362, no cover sheet required.

8. Within 24 hours we will email you the MLS printout for your approval.

9. Once payment is received, the home will be activated on the MLS and sign will be installed within 24 hours.
